Please verify with the Chaplain of the facility if an authorization form or approval is required to receive religous medallions. If an approval form is required to be included in the order please upload the document by going to your cart (shopping bag icon). On the bottom of the cart screen there's a section labeled "Upload Approval Form" beneath the PayPayl button.

If you are ordering for an incarcerated citizen (IC) in California please STOP. Go to the top menu bar and click "Collections", then "Incarcerated Citizens Bundle". Then select the California Bundle option.

Please be aware not all items on our website are permitted inside California facilities. So please view the approved items available in the California Bundle.

Please see instructions below to order a chain and medallion bundle for an incarcerated citizen.

1. Select the chain information.
2. Next, you will have the ability to select 2 options for a medallion. In the case 1 of your medallion selections are out of stock.
   • No, the customer will NOT receive 2 medallions. 
3. To enter the 2 medallion selections please seperate with commas and it's required to include the Product Code/SKU and Color. See example below.
   • Example: C134-S, C3-2T
4. Lastly, enter the incarcerated citizens identification number with their first and last name.
5. During checkout enter the incarcerated citizens shipping address (correctional facility address).
