The maximum allowable package weight is 30 pounds. This weight limit includes merchandise, packing material and packaging. Return Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If the jewelry arrives damaged or defective, it must be shown immediately to the proper authority who will be contacted for confirmation of damage at time of arrival. This is required for us to exchange the product or send a replacement.
